Listing fee terms
Shoes and accessories cost €5.00 to list, every dress or suit €20.00, and featured placement is an optional €10.00. Every listing stays online for 6 months and we never take a cut of your sale.
What the fee pays for
The fee is a service charge for preparing, checking, hosting and promoting your listing on PreLovedIE for the full listing period. It is not a payment for goods and PreLovedIE never takes possession of your item.
Non-refundable once live
Once your listing has been checked and published, the service has been delivered in full. The fee is non-refundable from that moment, whether or not your item sells and however quickly you decide to remove it.
Refunded if we don't publish
If your listing is rejected, or it never goes live for any reason on our side, the full fee is refunded to the same payment method within five working days. You do not need to ask.
No commission on your sale
The fee is the only charge. You keep the entire sale price and arrange payment and handover directly with the buyer.
Featured placement
The optional featured upgrade puts your listing ahead of standard listings for the listing period. It is part of the same service charge and follows the same refund rules.
If something goes wrong
Email us before opening a payment dispute. Almost everything is solved the same day, and a dispute on a delivered service will normally be defended with the payment record and the terms you accepted here.
