What does it cost to list?+
€5 for shoes and accessories and €20 for any dress or suit, including debs and graduation dresses. Your listing stays live for six months and there is no commission on your sale. Featured placement is an optional extra €10.
Who sells each item?+
The family who lists it. Buyers message the seller through the site and agree the price, payment and handover between them.
Do buyers need an account?+
No. Anyone can browse and contact a seller. You only need an account to list an item and manage it.
How do buyers reach me?+
Through your PreLovedIE inbox — you get an email whenever a buyer messages. You can also choose to show your phone number, but keeping it on the site is what lets a sale be confirmed and your voucher issued.
